SpaceJoist is pre-fabricated from the highest quality, stress graded timbers joined together with galvanised steel web fasteners, supplied to HK2 Structural Timber by ITW Alpine – our system provider.

Consistent width and depth of off-site pre-fabricated SpaceJoists provide easier, faster installation of floor materials on-site.

The unique ‘Stronback’ bracing system eradicates the need for herringbone strutting – making a large reduction to the install time of the floor.
